ABOUT A GROUP SOUND HEALING SESSION Gather your friends for meditation and sound healing therapy to help you release, relax, and restore! Everyone creates an intention for the session. What do you want to work on or heal? I intuitively create an immersive environment and lead you through a transformative experience using soothing sounds of instruments such as crystal and Tibetan bowls to create a space that invites each guest to relax in the moment and heal together, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Each sound is played and designed to guide you into a restful, meditative state where rejuvenation and healing can begin. Allow the vibration and texture of the music to envelope you and usher you into a place of harmony where you can release anything that no longer serves you while welcoming all that is aligned with your greatest and highest good. Experience this mind/body practice firsthand to understand and appreciate its benefits. Meditation using breath and sound is an effective technique that allows you to disconnect from the thinking mind and enter a different state of consciousness. WHAT TO BRING You want to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Here are some suggestions to bring with you: a yoga mat, eye mask, pillow, blanket(s), fuzzy socks, water bottle, crystals, journal and pen, and an open heart. Whatever will make you feel comfortable. The experience lasts 60 minutes. The cost is $50 per person. The base cost for a home party is $500 regardless of number of attendees, with a nonrefundable deposit. If the location is beyond a 30-mile radius, an additional travel fee of $10 per additional 10-mile radius will apply. A nonrefundable $150 deposit is due at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with a 48-hours advance notice. Please call or text me at 410-562-7736 as soon possible. Please leave a detailed message if I do not answer. There are no refunds for missed appointments. The deposit for home/group/business sound healing is non-refundable.
