Energy Healing Sessions Description In the spirit of transparency, it’s important to note that you can choose your preferred pricing plan when booking your session, which may seem confusing. Here are the two in-person pricing options at my location: 60 minutes - $100 30 minutes - $55 ABOUT an Energy Healing Session Each energy healing session integrates Reiki, meditation, and sound healing therapy to help you release, relax, and restore. Together, we will identify your intention for the session, focusing on what you wish to work on or heal. You are in control, and I will guide you through a transformative experience designed to help you break through energetic blocks that may be holding you back from living your best life. I create a calming environment that invites relaxation, leading you into a restful, meditative state where rejuvenation and healing can flourish. Experience firsthand the benefits of this mind/body practice and discover how Reiki and energy healing can help you calm your busy mind. WHAT TO BRING I provide everything necessary to ensure your comfort and safety. You may want to bring a journal to capture any insights that arise during our time together, but most importantly, come with an open heart and mind.
