ABOUT AN ENERGY HEALING SESSION An energy healing session includes Reiki, meditation, and sound healing therapy to help you release, relax, and restore! Any type of session I do includes energetic healing and coaching. You have all the answers you need, and I guide you to find them and the courage to do what you need to create your best life. Using certain modalities and tools, I help you move your own energy, breaking through energetic blocks that are preventing you from living a life you enjoy. You create an intention for the session. What do you want to work on or heal? You are in control of what happens in the session. I intuitively create an immersive environment, lead you through a transformative experience, and invite you to relax in the moment, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I design the session to guide you into a restful, meditative state where rejuvenation and healing can begin. Experience this mind/body practice firsthand to understand and appreciate its benefits. Reiki and energy healing are effective techniques that allow you to disconnect from the thinking mind and enter a different state of consciousness. You may wish to bring a journal and a pen to write down anything that surfaced during the session. Other than that, please be sure to bring your open heart and mind. I simply serve as a facilitator and guide to help you achieve greater self-awareness and hold positive intentions for your psychological and spiritual growth, health, and happiness. If you feel the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is your responsibility to seek a licensed professional. I may request you seek a licensed professional or see your primary care physician.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with a 48-hours advance notice. Please call or text me at 410-562-7736 as soon possible. Please leave a detailed message if I do not answer. There are no refunds for missed appointments. The deposit for home/group/business sound healing is non-refundable.
