Service Description

Embark on a transformative three-month program with my coaching services. The program is designed to provide ongoing support in mental health, self-care, and spiritual growth within a safe and nurturing environment. My mission is to help you create your best life by integrating mental health strategies with self-care and spiritual practices. As your coach, I will guide you toward self-awareness and spiritual development while holding positive intentions for your growth. What sets my approach apart is the incorporation of lunar cycles, allowing you to harness their energy to awaken your inner truth and make empowered decisions aligned with your highest good. Throughout our sessions, you will discover how to live happily and authentically without guilt. By the end of our work together, you will feel confident in navigating your life in sync with the lunar cycles, even if your appointments don't align with milestone phases of the moon. PACKAGE INCLUDES: One coaching session each month for three months Continuous email support between sessions A copy of my ebook, Wild Moon Healing Access to the online Mirror Meditation Course Monthly progress reviews and goal adjustments Accountability check-ins Evening and Saturday appointments to fit your schedule Discovery Session: Your first appointment is a 60-—to 90-minute consultation during which we will explore your goals, challenges, and focus areas. Personalized Action Plan: From our initial session, I will help you develop a tailored action plan with specific, measurable goals aligned with the lunar cycle, which I will email you afterward. Coaching Calls: This package includes one monthly coaching session, with the first session lasting up to 90 minutes and subsequent sessions lasting 15-30 minutes, conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. Email/Message Support: I offer email or text support between sessions to address immediate questions, provide motivation, or offer guidance. Accountability Check-ins: Between our meetings, I may check in on your progress, provide additional resources, encourage you, or help you stay accountable for your goals. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Failure to provide the required notice will result in losing your appointment without the option for a refund.
