International Women’s Day is a pivotal global celebration that underscores the women’s rights movement and brings to the forefront crucial issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence against women. As a woman, I’ve often grappled with guilt when considering putting myself first, but I am learning to let go of that. It’s time to stop repressing ourselves. Instead, let’s build each other up!

I am a woman who has a choice.
Today, I choose to go to work because I’ve worked hard to get where I am, and I know that hard work pays off. The choices you make every day are the building blocks of your life. By accepting where you are right now, you can create the future you want. You can choose differently at any time and as many times as needed. It’s never too late to take control. #CreateYourFuture
I am a woman who does.
I said I wanted to finish my education and now have a master’s degree. I said I wanted to write a book, and I have books three and four in the Wild Moon Healing series coming out soon. I set goals and hold myself accountable. The journey is what matters: how we spend our time. By aligning with the lunar cycles, we can accomplish more each month. Discover how to make time for what matters and what brings you joy. #TakeTheFirstStep
I am a woman who believes.
I believed I could raise my son alone, and I did a damn good job. I thought I could quit smoking, and I’ve been smoke-free for almost a decade. I believe I can heal my physical body, and I’m working on that. The road to success isn’t easy—it’s often difficult—but even “impossible” says, “I’m possible.” #BelieveInYourself
I am a woman who loves.
Love is energy, and I strive to harness it every day. I’m still learning to love myself fully, and that’s okay. I honor the process and appreciate where I am on my journey. Incorporate love into your daily rituals—kindness to yourself raises your energetic vibration. Love requires action and new experiences. Give yourself the energy of love. #LoveYourself

I am a woman who is happy.
Yes, life is tough—I cry, hurt, and stumble. I’ve been humbled and have made mistakes. But I accept my choices, learn from them, and move on. Life isn’t perfect, but mine is amazing because I recognize the abundance surrounding me. Too often, we only realize what we had after it’s gone. #BeHappyNow
I am a woman who nurtures.
I nurture my mind, body, and spirit. I take care of myself first to show up as the best version of myself for others. I still tend to put myself last, but I’m healing from that. I hold a safe and healing space for others and myself. #SelfCare
I am a woman who heals.
I am committed to my personal growth and healing. I honor my scars as proof of my resilience and strength. Healing is a continuous journey, and I embrace each step with courage. I encourage others on their healing journey through Wild Moon Healers—that’s what it’s all about. #HealingJourney
I am a woman who speaks her truth.
I am not afraid to voice my thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. My voice matters, and I will speak up for myself and others, even when uncomfortable. It’s part of creating healthy boundaries. #SpeakYourTruth

I am a woman who cheers.
I know I can do anything, but I can’t do everything. So, I choose to celebrate you. I remember a time in high school when I asked for help and was turned away. It didn’t make sense then, and it still doesn’t. I would be honored to help someone grow. I will always cheer for your success, even if you pass me. #SupportOthers
I am a woman who creates.
I create my reality, my future, and my joy. My writing, work, and relationships bring my unique vision to life. There are so many ways to create, and in finding how or what you want to create, you start to align with your purpose. #CreateYourReality
I am a woman who stands in her power.
I am confident in my abilities, my knowledge, and my worth. I stand firm in my decisions and trust in my inner strength. Standing in your truth is the foundation from which you grow roots and build upon.#StandInYourPowe
I am a woman who shines.
I let my light shine brightly, unapologetically. I embrace my uniqueness and inspire others to do the same. Wild Moon Healers is a community where all are welcome. A community that honors authenticity shines like a diamond mine! #ShineBright

I am a woman who embraces change.
I understand that growth requires change. I welcome transformation and use it as an opportunity to expand, learn, and evolve. Sometimes, you realize that the more things change, the more they stay the same. Don’t fear change; absolution may be on the other side. #EmbraceChange
I am a woman who is grateful.
I am grateful for my connection with God, the moon, and nature. I am thankful for my friends, family, and life experiences. My tribe supports me, and for that, I am genuinely grateful. Don’t let a single moment define your story—life is a series of experiences. Keep living and find things to be thankful for every day. #BeYou
I am a woman who inspires.
I may not be Susan B. Anthony or Sojourner Truth, but my story inspires those around me. Whether it’s sharing my meal prep photos or encouraging someone to make a change in their life, nothing is insignificant when you live authentically. #LiveAuthentically

Life is short.
Live it.
Love it.
Seize it.
Create it.
Embrace it.
Work for it.
Cherish it.
Let’s unite in strength, lift each other up, and build a community that empowers, supports, and celebrates one another every day.
