About This Program

Welcome to the 7-Day Gratitude Challenge! I have two intentions for you this week: • First, I want you to learn something about yourself. • Secondly, to show you how easily gratitude can transform your life. Practicing gratitude is profoundly therapeutic and restructures your thoughts to focus on appreciation. Gratitude builds upon itself—the more you look for things you appreciate, the more wonderful blessings you will find. Awareness of what you appreciate raises your energetic vibration. As the frequency at which your energy increases, your mental and physical health improves. In practicing gratitude, consider your past, present, and future to help raise your energetic vibration exponentially. Gratitude leads to a more rewarding life as you: • Recall positive memories • Appreciate your daily life • Hold onto hope about your future Things to take note of as you begin: • It only takes minutes a day to participate. • There is no right or wrong response or reaction. There is only what is right for you. • Honor yourself, listen to your body, and only do what makes you comfortable. • Create an intention for how these exercises will add value to your life, then let the outcome go. • When the week ends, return to your intention and see what you manifested!
